HEROES Action Figures Visit NBC Tour In NY
NY- Hiro, Claire, Peter, Sylar, & Mohinder stopped into NBC 's famous offices at 30
Rock today when Mezco toys delivered the prototypes for the new HEROES action
figures which are scheduled to be in stores in mid June. Generally, prototypes are
never seen by the general public, but because of the overwhelming interest in the
HEROES action figure line, NBC will be adding the prototypes of the HEROES figures
to their popular studio tour. The will be the only place the public will be able to view
the HEROES toys until they arrive in stores later this year. "Mezco is thrilled to
become part of NBC’s rich and proud history. I've taken the NBC tour numerous times
and I never imagined that something I worked on would be part of the tour. This is a
thrilling day for Mezco!" exclaimed Mike Drake, Mezco's Director Of Special Projects,
as he delivered the prototypes.
Michael “Mez' Markowitz, President of Mezco Toyz, added, "With ultra detailed
sculpts, up to eighteen points of articulation, and tons of episode specific
accessories, HEROES are some of the finest action figures we have ever produced".
NBC will have the figures on display until April, at which point they will be auctioned
off for charity.

Mezco Announces "Heroes" Toys "R" Us Exclusive Figures
NY- Mezco Toyz is gearing up for the release of the 1st wave of “Heroes” 7-inch
action figures from the hit award-winning NBC series. The first of three assortments
planned for 2008 will arrive in stores in June.
In a move sure to thrill "Heroes" fans, Toys "R"Us will be offering two exciting
exclusive figures: Fire Rescue Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and Times Square
Teleportation Hiro (Masi Oka).
Fire-Rescue Claire features the Texas teenager in her iconic cheerleader outfit from
the scene where she rescues a fireman and risks revealing her powers. The figure
boasts over 9 points of articulation and comes complete with a miniature
reproduction painting by award- winning artist Tim Sale depicting the dramatic
rescue scene.
Times Square Teleportation Hiro features the Japanese office drone in the iconic
scene where he teleports to New York's legendary Times Square in front of the
famous Toys "R" Us flagship store. Hiro comes complete with an alternate head, his
ever present messenger bag, a Times Square backdrop, and his highly detailed
sword of Takezo Kensei
