In sales for Yamagato Industries in Tokyo. Upon investigation, Hiro left his cubicle
chaotically messy, leaving his desk littered with action figurines and random comic book
relics. His coworkers have labeled him an otaku (a Japanese nerd) obsessed with comics
and computer games. There have been several occurrences where a sudden change in
time has been documented by OWI though the skeptical authorities have dismissed each
as lunatic witnesses. Reported occurrences include (but are not limited to):

1. A report in Tokyo, Japan of an Asian male, in his mid-twenties suddenly appearing in the
ladies’ restroom at a bar near Yamagato Industries, which coincidentally, was frequented
by Mr. Nakamura and his associate Mr. Ando Masahashi.

2. A similar report, this time from New York, New York, of an Asian male, appearing in
Times Square who did not speak English. A local newsstand noted that noted that he paid
for a comic book with yen and then ran off. (OWI note: A continuity error has been reported
shortly after the filing of this report.)

3. Mr. Nakamura and Mr. Masahashi were also reported to have saved a girl's life from an
out of control truck. Witnesses noted that Mr. Nakamura appeared to have “jumped” a
great distance that a “normal” person would not have able to achieve.

4. Multiple reports of two Asians in Las Vegas. Most reports include unusual ball bounces
captured on the casino security cameras at the roulette tables. The two were also invited
to a high stakes poker game that ended in a murder of most of the participants (the two
were not among the dead- possible suspects?). Shortly here after, there are reports of Hiro
and Ando temporarily going their separate ways (OWI note: we might be able to use this
rift to our advantage at some point).

5. A couple who lost their car in an accident (wife had severe injuries during the accident
and could not confirm any portion of the report from her husband), noted that several
“heroes” had been near-by to aid in removing the lady from the car. One seemed to be able
to open the door by putting his hand seemingly through the door (OWI note: was this a
reference to Mr. D.L. Hawkins?). Though he was able to pull the lady from the car, an
explosion apparently took place. Once again, persons appear to move independently of
time and “jump” from one location to the next. Authorities have dismissed this due to the
stress the husband was under.

6. Two Asian males show up shortly, at the Burnt Toast Cafe in Midland Texas, before the
attack by Sylar in Odessa. Shortly after finding out that his waitress has died, Hiro
disappears from the scene of the crime. Wait staff later noted that Hiro joined the staff six
months previous and left two weeks previous to the incident (OWI note: A continuity error
has been reported as the date of the occurence has apparently shifted, possibly due to the
fact that Hiro changed events in the past).

Warnings to OWI Personnel: In order to capture Mr. Nakamura, it is very important to catch
him by surprise in order to keep him from freezing time. In addition, contact Mr. Bennett
immediately, as he will be able to contain Mr. Nakamura without incident.
