NAME: AUDREY HANSON
AFFILIATION: FBI
LOCATION: LOS ANGELES, CA
BIO:

Audrey Hanson is and FBI agent assigned to the Los Angeles, California
area. She is in her early 30’s, divorced and dedicated to her work. Her badly
ended marriage has made Audrey cynical and somewhat bitter toward men
and romantic involvement.

Audrey’s current assignment is to investigate and capture a serial killer
going by the name of
Sylar, who cuts off the tops of the skulls of his victims
and removes their brains. While investigating a recent double homicide that
bore Sylar’s MO, Audrey met LAPD officer,
Matt Parkman. Parkman is a
telepath, and was able to find the hiding place of the
Molly Walker, daughter
of the murdered couple. Thinking that Parkman knew where to find Molly,
and the name of the suspected murderer, because he was involved in the
murders, Audrey arrested him. She soon realized her mistake, and asked
Matt to use his telepathic ability to help find Sylar.

All of Audrey’s contacts with SGs occurred through her search for Sylar. She
and Matt met
Ted Sprague while investigating the death of an oncologist
who had treated Sprague’s wife. During interrogation, Matt discovered that
like himself, Sprague had been kidnapped by associates of a
Mr. Bennet, and
had been marked with scars of two parallel lines on the neck. Audrey and
Matt then traced Sylar to Odessa, Texas, where a high school cheerleader,
Jackie Wilson was murdered by Sylar. During this investigation, they spoke
with
Peter Petrelli and Claire Bennet and her father. Neither spoke with the
Haitian, who waited for his employer outside the interrogation room. Matt
and Audrey passed him in the corridor, and saw him later as he emerged
with Mr. Bennet from Primatech Paper Company.

A raid on Primatech Paper Company in search of evidence of Bennet’s
involvement with Sylar, and evidence of the kidnappings of Parkman and
Sprague yielded nothing. Audrey was verbally reprimanded at the scene by
her boss, who threatened to demote Audrey. Angry and feeling disillusioned,
Audrey broke off her partnership with Parkman. Following the advice of her
boss, who had never believed “Sylar” existed, Audrey has given up her
search, and moved on to other possible suspects in the serial murders. She
still believes Sylar is the actual murderer.
